Help With Wording Please

Is there a better/shorter way of listing gas pipes, sewerage pipes, overhead electricity pylons, telephone cables etc?

Could you call them amenity services or something similar?

(Mr P is trying to do a risk assessment for a job!)

In Northern Canada they have an insulated pipe carrying utilities called a utilidor.
