I remember 1973 or thereabouts Olivia Newton John's 'Banks of the Ohio' (groan...) and Abba's 'Waterloo'. Both 45's - obviously!

I can't remember but I think it was one of the 'now' albums. I was quite lucky as we had the jukebox in the pub and they changed the chart records every month and I got to keep all the old ones.

My Mum loved Russ Conway Lofty, I remember my dad coming home with Eddie Calverts Cherry Pink and Apple blossom white. He thought he was cool buying a 78rpm record in those days.
