Which famous married couple?

She was born on a Caribbean Island in the 18th century and married a local doctor in her late 20's. The couple moved to England where she was soon widowed and with a toddler to support. Returning to the island of her birth, she acted as housekeeper for her uncle. In due course she met and married someone who was to become very famous. Who was she?

Nelson had a daughter by Emma Hamilton,and the couple called her Horatia.
She married a clergyman who became the Vicar in Tenterden in Kent (not far from here).
Their children are buried in the Tenterden parish churchyard.
When Horatia's husband died and she was evicted from the vicarage,she went to live with friends in Pinner,Middx where she is buried.
Despite Nelson's plea that Emma be looked after when he died she was ignored,and soon fell into poverty.
She died and was buried in Lillers near Calais.
