really badly over the last couple of weeks. My body is more like a "How clean is your house" house than a temple so I'm going to cleanse it tomorrow. Lots of fruit smoothies and veggie juices. I hope I don't get any stomach and bowel related problems! Lol
TB -a wee tip -go for veggie first and supplement with vits and supps.
Fruit is high in fructose and although i lost a power of weigh all I ate was chicken and fruit.
A little bunch of grapes is about 300 cals -thats a lot if you are throwing in say pineapple kiwi and the likes.
Veg -has the same dietary needs but is way way lower -I think you should try a veg one for a couple of days --you will have a good cleanout and then introduce a strict no carbs diet - its not tough its easy -spesh when you see the results.I have kept all my weigh loss off and still dont do carbs at all but have a strict vit and supp regime -I could do with losing more and that will happen but im happy at the moment. -just maintaining.

If you want to detox yourself then all you have to do is go to the chemist and buy some very strong laxative! Ask for "Fleet"or some such.
Take it and stand back!!
Once you're rid of all the toxins, via the bathroom, then you can start to eat a lot of fruit and veg and feel a lot better.

You sound like you are cheesed off with this site as well.
On the diet bit have a think about GI diets. they concentrate on healthy eating with slow release carb so you dont get the spikes of energy from sugars
o please Rosetta we all love our carbs but I can vouch that no carb realy works -I droppad I guess about 3 and a half stone -or more -i didnt want know my weight but it was so impressive that the nurse couldnt wait to tell my GP.He is dead chuffed as well and comments on it.
I now watch during the week what I eat and I dont drinl -but the weekends are frre reign and I am stable.
I still have stone to go but I am such a stuborn bitch I will have that gone in a month and i will cos im off to my wee home in Spain July so i want to wear a bikini -wooot woo and i will !!!
Cheers TB and I felt fabby -I didnt feel like I was doing without at all and to think a year later people are stll coming up am commentimg cos I have mantained it.
Dont do faddy -it just comes on again. -yeah defo detox for a day or so.
Do as I did and maintain it -take Green Tea tablets -they are amazing -I still take them and google for info. x
Dont carb at all -it makes u sluggish.
Keep up with me cos I have a flabby belly to lose -we can do it -!!!
