For about the past year my shoulder has been continuously popping out of place some times as much as twice a week then it would happen for a month then it would start again. these cases would vary sometimes i spazemed and it went back in within 30 secs others it took half and hour for it to sort itself and pull it back in place.
It always happens just when i swing my arm when im playing take down bulldog and my roller skating rink.
does anyone no of anything i can do to make it better and maybe stop it from comming out any body no any excercises i dont want to go to my gp because i got deferred from the army because of dermatitis and i dont want to have to wait another 3 years to be clear of something and not get in?

sorry for the essay guys

Google........PUTTI PLAT

That is your only option.
Funny as this may sound but the best option is digging a bit of your own excrement out of the toilet next time you go and rubbing it all over your shoulder. You may want to spray on some after shave to cover the smell.

necrophile please F*ck O*F u keep giving stupid answers im here for proper advise get a life and do something better with your time
My granddaughter (in her mid-twenties) has the same problem and her GP sent her to the local hospital for Physio treatment to strengthen the muscles which hold the shoulder joint in place.
I suppose only time will tell if it works or not.
Maybe your GP would be the safe bet???
