Carrust, an avatar is a picture you can assigne to your profile if you use AB Beta.

Inicidentally, I am using normal AB so can anyone see my pic right now? Is it there whether I use beta or not?

Isn't beta something to do with video tape? I haven't got video on my PC.

There are two versions of AB.

Normal answerbank:

On the second option (AB Beta) you can assign a picture (or avatar) to your name in your profile, invite friends and private message people. It's also tediously slow, and crashes everytime I post something :-)

Hi natalie, I originally had my profile for using sports AB and have added friends and changed my avatar since they introduced beta AB. But for some reason it will not let me change my avatar on either now. Ive tried using both GIF and jpg, neither are working :(

I know funnygirl (not sure which 'he' you are referring to), that's why I suggested saving the file as a jpg (which she has tried) to Psychick, and pointed Carrust towards AB Beta because he didn't seem to know what it was.

It's got to be under 10k and a GIF file but I think there's a problem with it just now as I've been Barry Scott for ages and I tried to change him earlier. Got the cleanest money in the world now though!
