no it doesnt, well not exactly....

Epserar is the CORRECT spanish verb for To Wait, therefore the sentence is not gramatically correct.

It should say either: -

1. Siempre te espero
or
2. Te espero siempre.

The above actually says i will always to wait for you...so its wrong.
