My cable broke and I emailed GHD via their website. They sent me a prepaid envelope and when I sent it back, they sent me a brand new pair of straighteners for free

should think so too chazza, this is a big problem with GHDs why should anybody buy a new wire

My cable must have loose wires in it and they are only 2 years old! the irones dont stay on constantly and as the irons move the light goes on and off. Any ideas as what I should do? I dont have the receipt either.
