Once in China there lived a funny man his name was Chikaraka Chou Chai Chan. His legs were long and his feet were short the poor old China man could hardly walk.

Does anybody know the rest of the lyrics?

The version I grew up with began slightly different to yours
There was a man and a China man
And his name was chicalacka chi chaw chan'
His head was big and his feet were small
And the poor little China man couldn't walk at all

(Chorus)
Oh, chikkalacka chi Chaw chi chicanorum
In I Orum padda wadda why
Oko boko padda wadda whykey omo

They took him up to the top of the hill
And they tossed him about with a good free will
They tossed him here and they tossed him there
And they tossed him into a bamboo chair

Repeat chorus
Im in Australia and our version seems very different.

There lived in China a very old man
His name was Chikaraka ching chong chan
His legs were big but his feet were small
This little man couldnt walk at all
Chikaraka ching chong
Chi chickaroni
Allballa fat man oh ko koni
Itchy witchy caterpillar
Ika bye Ika bye
Oh kokoni

His servants carried him in a Sampan
This funny little man with a squashed in nose
Here he comes and there he goes
That funny little man with a squashed in nose

Chikaraka ching chong
Chi chickaroni
Allballa fat man oh ko koni
Itchy witchy caterpillar
Ika bye Ika bye
Oh kokoni

Once in China there lived a man, his name was Chikaraka Chee Chi Cho. His arms were long and his feet were short, and once in a while he had to snort.
(Chorus) Chikaraka Chee Chi Cho Chikaloro, Bunga Loro Piggy Wiggy Waggo, Hoko Poko Hit Him in the Coco. Chita Bi Chit Bi Chee Chi Cho.

The Chinaman, He would die, In his coffin he would lie. Then they'd sent him back to Japan, and that was the end of the Chinaman.
