Oh yes! Are you really sure you want to know? Humans can get tapeworm from eating infected undercooked meat, and if they then scratch their bums, where the tapeworm have decided to make their escape from, and then handle the food you are about to eat, lo and behold they get into your system. Need any more information? I thought not.
