The How to Lose Weight book that Paul Mckenna came out with not that long ago....who has read it and did it work? I think......NO.

I bought it but got to round to reading it yet, maybe that can be my mission for the weekend!
I've heard great reports of it on the radio!
I got my copy free as I was a member of the studio audience. I think some of the book does work, but only if you practice it, and make a habit of using the various tips/exercises. But as with most diets, you still need will power and discipline.
I have several Paul McKenna CDs, among them the weight loss one. I do find these very good, as they put you in the right frame of mind while also giving a logical approach to how we should view the food we eat. As all things hypnotic, these CDs are very relaxing and leave you with a sense of confidence, a fresh outlook and the belief that you can in fact achieve your goals in a gentle and healthy way. It is probably advisable to listen to the CD before breakfast and just before you go to sleep at night - or more often if need be. I doubt very much that the book would work for me as it is Paul's hypnotic skills and voice that play an integral part in instilling his theories into my mind.
i have read the book and listened to the cd. It worked for me for a while but i fell back into old habits. As makemesmile says, you still need to have willpower!
My husband used the tape & it worked. He used to use it at night in bed. He also said it gave him a good night`s sleep.
