Hi alison...my advice would be to go, If something is gonna happen to you it'll happen no matter where you are. I went to Sharm in Egypt last year about 3 weeks after the bombe and my mother even came with me. Enjoy your holiday, you're right you're as safe there as anywhere. ps my sister is in turkey at the mo and she doesn't seem to be too bothered.
Go and enjoy yourself, you will have fun. A visit to London is far more dangerous
There is terrorism and crime in virtually every country in the world. Go and enjoy yourself hundreds of thousands of people go to turkey every summer and the vast majority are not invovlved in any terrorist act.
Hi Alison,
I am flying to Dalaman on 10th Sept and staying in Hisaronu (just up the road frm Olu Deniz) You will love Olu Deniz - it is not near where any of the blasts have been. You will have a fab time and as the others have said you are more likely to encounter problems in London.
Enjoy
Cathy
definately go for it. would not stop me - i also went to Sharm after the bombings there. If anything security is higher in the area so less likely something will happen although at risk anywhere in the world now. Enjoy yourself.
go....its beautifull!!!
Hi, my son has just come back from Marmaris and he said although the bombs were in Marmaris he never saw anything as Marmaris is such a big place, so dont worry.
