Hi, I joined up last night and would love to hear of any tips or advise any one has who is/has followed the diet, I am going to do the points version.

Track everything!


I joined May 2005 and have lost 2 stone but I am getting lazy and forget to write things down. If you don't track, you end up eating much more than you allowance.

hi, have answered your question in body and soul x
plan your meals and be organised
make a food diary and be true to yourself.

Write everything down, plan grocery lists ahead of time and stick to them. Go to www.dwlz.com it stands for Dottie's weight loss zone, a friend told me about it. She has weight watchers recipes on there and the points. Also, favorite restaurant's points guide!
