This may sound like a daft question but the answer is likely based on common sense to which I have very little.

I use steroids for my nose/allergies regularly.  I also use saline nasal rinse and moisturising spray.

How long after using the nasal steroid am I ok to use saline rinse/moisture spray?

For example if I use the nasal steroid and the rinse 10 mins after the steroid likely won't have had time to be ingested. However if I wait an hour will this be long enough not to wash the steroid away?

(ps yes I have thought of using the rinse first and I do but I also use it frequently through the day)

I use a steroid nasal spray due to severe sinusitis. I also use a nasal rinse. According to my doctor, the steroid nasal spray should only be used once or twice a day. As for the rinse, I use that a few times each day. I have no idea how long you should leave the rinsing after the spray unfortunately but I read this...If you use a nasal steroid spray to treat your allergies, doctors suggest you first use a saline spray to cleanse the nose and rid it of thick mucus and debris. Thick mucus can keep the steroid from working as well as possible

Hi yes I do use the saline rinse before the spray too as you said it makes sense to clear the space to allow the steroid to work.
