How's it going now you are home been looking for an update today. Hope you are ok.

Giggsie, thank you for asking, I'm really good thanks.

No more waking up in the morning sweating, trembling and dry wretching and having to knock back a can of lager before i even get out of bed just to feel 'normal'.

 

Spent the day helping someone move home and humping heavy furniture about. When I got home I could have killed for a bottle of vodka but resisted the temptation.

Sleeping well and eating proper food again instead of living of crisps and off license snacks...

Normality feels like a new experience, lol.

Normality has a lot going for it,  the good stuff is very good and the bad stuff gives chances to learn, and makes the good seem better

Glad you are keeping busy, nailedit, it's probably the best thing you can be doing for yourself.  There is a lot to be said for going to bed physically and mentally tired and having a good night's sleep.
