its beginning to get a little bit light, though it's still an inky blue sky, there is a glimmer of it out there, enough to make me think another few weeks and it will be fully light at this hour, spring time hopefully....

i did last night, i have degenerative arthritis and have been referred to the Orthopedic team, for assessment, as to whether i want surgery, and that seems to be my only option.

or be like this, in excruciating pain for the rest of my life, so i am caught between a rock and a hard place. He said the pain might ease off but it's only got worse lately.

no it would seem according to the clinician i need a full knee replacement, but i guess once i have seen the Orthopedic team i will know more, but i have no idea how long that will take to see them.

finances aren't strong, and i am hoping it will be quick to see the Orthopedic team, what worries me is going out, i am not sure i can do it. But i guess where there's a will there's a way
