It's probably down the back of the sofa.
Ah, so, - erm - right, then. We have a choice of question, right? Help please isn't much of a question, is it? Could we have some elaboration, hellywelly?

Oh dear, yes hopefully you can. Thank you for your concern.
This morning on my desktop computer I couldn’t access View all Categories or the Search section. I posted Help please on CB because that was open, but I couldn’t post a question after the title. I was able to contact AB and they emailed that they would get back to me but nothing so far. I just had the bright idea of looking on my iPad and have been able to post this. Over to you, lovely people xxx
Try clearing your web browser's cache. (If you need instructions, please tell us which browser you use).
^^^ As HW4 has linked her reference to 'the Search section' to not being able to use 'View all categories', I've assumed that it's just this website where her problem lies, rather than being one with the actual Windows search facility, Bookbinder.

I’m not having too many problems on other sites although I keep getting things about blocking ads. It does seem to go back to when the adblocker thing started. Perhaps I should clear the whole lot and start again if that’s what bookbinder means. I use Google chrome.
Question Author
The problem on this site only started today.

I just did the one fromChris, but it’s not cleared it. Will try the other one now. The trouble is I’m probably making it worse, knowing me.
Question Author
I’m going to have to wait until I can get someone to look at it - it’s far too complicated for me. Thank you all for your help and concern.

I've got a wonderful grandson (one of three) who has sorted me out remotely. He thinks it's a problem with Chrome as he couldn't fix it, so he says I will have to log into this site through Internet explorer in the future. Phew! Thank you all again.
Please DON'T use Internet Explorer. Microsoft no longer supports it as it's totally out of date.

If you're going to use a Microsoft browser, use the latest version of Edge, which is based upon the same 'developer level' browser (Chromium) that Chrome was created from.

Even better, avoid both Google and Microsoft's own browsers, and install Slimjet instead: https://www.slimjet.com/
Alternatively, simply reset Chrome to its 'out of the box' state:
