Any other ABers woke in the morning and asked themselves that same question? I suppose it's partially down to the sameness of days when you're trying to self isolate. Days just now are much of a muchness.

I work full time, but always struggle to know what day of the week it is.

Yep, everyday. I don't sleep well but get up every morning and make the boys tea/coffee, pack their lunches and then ask them what day it is.

I have the day written on my pill organiser and sometimes when I go to take them when I get up I think, for instance, Christ is it Thursday already lol!
