Sunday. Still err, raining hard. If it keeps up like this there won't be any cloud left!

Had a phone call yesterday from friends I haven't seen for some time, lovely to hear from them and we are going to meet up soon.

Rugby on ITV shortly. I'll be watching the Australia v Wales match, should be a good'un. KO 0845. So I shall go and collect the paper before that.
After that, no idea.
Have a happy day everyone.

Morning Boaty rained here last but dry now. It was lovely yesterday got some more done in the garden, wish I had got my woodwork finished, down to waiting for it to dry again, think I will make some space today and move some bits undercover. Not going to comment to much on Ireland's performance, just think they sat back at 12 up and that cost them, mind you Japan kept high tempo up for entire 80 mins.

Morning tony. I think you're right re the match, a bit of a farce wasn't it.
I wouldn't say a farce, Japan just seized the opportunity. On another note Jens been complaining about a smell coming from fridge "cant you smell it ~ no you know my sense of smell is not good" Anyway was up early this morning and investigated, a fair bit of water in one of the salad trays, cleaned so hopefully sorted.
Question Author
The farce was on Ireland's side. I've not seen the play that bad for years! With a bit of luck they will wake up!
With a bit of luck that will do it. Water lurking is never good in a fridge.
How is Jen doing now?
Jen is not to bad but still trying to get new pain relief medication dosage sorted. GP does not want to continue with anything morphine based which is fair enough. New meds were started at lowest dose 10mg, after telephone consultation now 20mg, looking at blurb on NHS site dose can be up to 50mg. Got a face to face review on the 9th October which will be a month after new meds started. On the whole Jen is spending a lot of time in bed, which at the moment is the place where she is most comfortable.
Question Author
Thanks for that Tony. That looks like the best option as things stand. It's a long process mate. Getting the dosage right can take a while, but it's worth it.
I appreciate it will take some time and you have to change dose and monitor, revise dosage as necessary, Jen has diabetes clinic appointment at hospital on Wednesday again for a review.
Good morning gentlemen, woke up with a stuffed up nose ,finding it hard to breathe so sitting having a decaf coffee just now, it’s pouring with rain out there,just let Lola out, she’s very curly and it’s took a while to dry her on her own towel, need to shell out some ones as garage roof is leaking quite badly, jus what we need pre Xmas but hey ho needs must, I hope Jen continues to feel okay Tony and gets the dosage of meds that will help her xx
Not ones....* money*

Morning bobbi xxx Lola looks gorgeous! :o}

A leaking garage roof needs sorting soonest! Flat roof?
Yes, flat roof Boaty x
Morning Bobbi a while since I was called a gentleman, not sure about Boaty? Pain about garage roof, but needs doing otherwise more damage and more cost, but you know that. Do you have a reliable contractor you can use, lots of people in that line of work tie up their horses when they arrive.
Question Author
It would be best to get it completely recovered, difficult to fix a leak properly. A temporary fix is just that, water will find a way in.
Son in law is a site manager for a large building company Tony and he’s got contacts in the trade, he getting someone out to give us an estimate ( hopefully at mates rates )
I think it’ll be a full coverage as you say Boaty x
Question Author
Through my life I've been called many things Tony, in many parts of the world. Some good even! :o}
Good morning all. OH got me up at some unearthly hour as we are off to Ireland.
Believe me you are both ‘gentleman’ on here
Question Author
That's the best option bobbi, you can forget about it then for any years. Your son in law's contacts should be able to sort it for you.
G’morning Welshammer
