Question Author
Not quite, Anne....temporary toyboy......x
Oi!!! I am here you know …… !!!!

What, use him until a younger model arrives ? Well done .
I'm sure that he treated it as he would his own, gness.

And I'm now behind Alisha Dixon in the queue, Andy! ;-)

Until he catches me up, Anne.....he relishes these few months....x

Hmmm.....I hope not, Tony....you know his car....well mine doesn't do things like that! And I have a clutch....and a gear stick! And I'm not sure that when he gets in he gives it a pat and says...Gabriel...you are a lovely car.... :-(
Gabriel...you are a lovely car.... :-(

LOL.
Look - I contributed to Gabriel's full set of new boots today (to celebrate passing his MoT with flying colours - no mean feat when you've nearly reached the age of consent). I think he's a lovely car.

PS : I think the chap at the garage meant the car (rather than the driver) when he opined "It's a long while since I've seen one that old in such a tidy condition .... "
Did Gabriel go faster with the new boots on, Dave.

Hmmmm...guess who's sleeping in the shed tonight!!!!
Not had a chance to find out yet, Tony - but apparently the steering is 'a bit more precise'.

I'd forgotten how reasonable tyres are for 'normal' cars - a set of nice, new Avons cost less than one lump of Pirelli exotica would for my S5.
Yep, rubber band sizes are pretty reasonable in comparison, Dave.

but apparently the steering is 'a bit more precise'.

Mmmm, I always like it when a car goes where you point it.

"20:51"

Gabriel? ;)

Tell you what, Tony....bloody men! When we collected Gabriel the mechanic looked at Dave and said.....it's been years since I have seen a car this age in such fantastic condition..... Looked at Dave!!!!!!

Hang on, Sweetie....I said.....this is my car! Nothing to do with toyboy here..... :-)
gness - // And I'm now behind Alisha Dixon in the queue, Andy! ;-) //

I've told you, your place at the head of the queue is unassailable, always was, always will be xxxxx

Now, about the 'toy boy' you've found ….
Gness... OP like it lol.

Spath....I bought, new, one of the first Honda Civics made in the UK. It was a lemon....a demon of a car so I named it Damien.

I soon got rid of it but bought another new Honda Civic as the chances of two lemons was slight and I love Hondas.....this one has been a dream......the car God made I was told recently.....so I named it Gabriel after the angel..... :-)
Question Author
Phew...that's a relief, Andy.....I'll lock toyboy in the shed....xxx

Hi, Ark....all well with you?..x

Tony.....I don't even have to point Gabriel.....we have a relationship....he just knows.....bliss.... :-)
I thought you named it that because you blow your horn a lot ...
All well and good here Gness, thank you Xx... I've being hitting the sauce a bit too much lately but not strong stuff like spirits etc... but looking on facebook all family seems fine as well :-)
