Good Morning Early Birds!

Wednesday. I overslept...for me anyway. I didn't get to sleep until just after 0100, so it's still the usual four hours.

Very windy outside this morning, but the sky is clear and lots of stars are out to play.

Friends coming to lunch today. I haven't seen them for some time, so I'm looking forward to them being here. I did all the prep yesterday, so just the main course gto cook. Sweet and sour pork, so that will take about fifteen minutes. Fruit salad for starter marinating in the fridge, panna cotta for pud, also in the fridge. Sorted.

Theres plenty of white stuff up here in West Yorkshire, the sky is clear and can see stars.... but the roads look quite treacherous.

Good morning Wbm xx looked out at 3 and a covering of snow here in Leicester now it seems to be disappearing needs to go back to the mountains where it belongs .plenty of snow where my grandson went last week to Austria had a super time ,that meal sounds lovely .

Sweet and sour pork was one of Vera's favourites. I put some turmeric in with the rice, so it comes out yellow, as well as being very good for you it's a nice colour.

Morning Birdies, after an hour or so of snow last night at 9PMish it has cleared this morning. Very cold and windy, and more snow before the week is out for sure. Better get a cuppa on and get recycling.
