I asked one driver who had stopped and started for 10 minutes without driving past some parked cars to let the build up of traffic behind him through. He said "I have to do my job" and I said "so have we!". And he moved forwards eventually.
When you see an ambulance parked outside a house, you know someone is in need of help (not a snitty note on the windscreen, albeit, he did apologise, and well done him for coming forward and apologising)
I don't understand drivers who can't wait a few minutes behind a bus at a bus stop and as for driving on pavement to get by a bin motor is ridiculous!!
