Is anyone on Tinder here?
I know a lot of people here are my age and above (45+) and so probably not on it. The youngsters seem to use it as a prop to get to meet people. What's wrong with the people you meet at school, college, work, library, shops, wherever? I really don't get this. They meet each other on Tinder to have sex because it's easier than talking to someone. Don't you still have to speak words out loud at some point? I read a article in the Times about it and it made me feel ancient.

Meet to have sex!!!!
Erm, do you have the address!!! :-)
You don't talk to someone in the library presuming they're up for it.
I thought tinder was for people who want to have no strings possibly one-off sex, not for finding relationships.
I don't see anything wrong with it, just another way of meeting people. Maybe get a bit of nookie as well! Good for them.

Well, I don't know, everyone. I'm so out of touch. I thought you met someone, maybe at the library, maybe at a nightclub (is that a ridiculously outdated term?) or wherever; you might like each other and you might have sex almost there and then (not in the library). I'm so glad I'm not in my 20s now; I'd be upset by all the rejections.
Sharon A, just go onto Tinder. It's quite easy, as far as I can see. You might meet a lot of ..um.. time wasters, though
I've heard it mentioned a few times but it was only recently I found out what is was. I just assumed it was like whatsapp/snap chat...and the likes.
