Handy Tips Please For Finding 'lost' Ipod In House!

Aggghhhh!! Kids!

Son cannot find his new ipod touch at all. Says he last had it in his bedroom but hasnt seen it for a week! didnt tell me at the time incase I was cross he couldnt find it, and so now a week has lapsed. I have tipped his room upside down and cannot find it. I have 'interrogated' him, lol, as to whether he has lent it to a friend etd and he swears he hasnt. Have looked in all other rooms with no joy.

So any handy tips for finding items that small??

Have you got a dog,if so try the dog basket. My daughter often finds her phone etc in her dogs bed.

Offer him a small reward if he finds it ........ don't you help, let him look in every room one at a time.

Can he remember where he was the last time he was using it? If not, have you tried taking his mattress off his bed? (it may have slipped down there) or his pillowcases? Sock drawer,all his pockets? everywhere near his computer? Is there anyone who has been in your house that could have taken it without his knowledge? , a new friend for instance or dare I say it a relative over the Christmas period? hasn't he recently broken his laptop? did you get that fixed?

Lost things Smo!!!! Yesterday I lost something I really need so a friend has told me how to use a pendulum to find it. Honestly, my boredom threshold is too low for this but I have tried. According to my friend's instructions the lost item is in my bedroom......it's small so I am, when I've had another coffee, going to take the bedroom apart....praying to St.Anthony at the same time Vodka......you couldn't add me in too could you? Oh, I must be mad.

Check the pockets and turnups of all clothing he has worn since he last saw it, check laundry baskets and the washing machine drum. Have you looked inside of all of his shoes/boots/trainers?

Vodka!!!!!!! Found it!!! Not in the bedroom....on the stairs, under the tin of pegs I was using to pleat some curtains...!
