I am doing oven roasted salmon, mussels sauteed in prawn and vermouth butter, served on a bed of samphire.

For those of you struggling to source samphire, I have just picked it up from Tesco's fish counter at £10 per kilo.

What's cooking at your's?

I'm having salmon as well, but for some unknown reason I'm thinking of doing some sort of pasta to go with it................
Really? Samphire is on my wishlist :-)

I'm having pork tenderloin stuffed with apple and spicy cheese and wrapped in parma ham. It doesn't sound too good (the cheese) but it's lovely.

We're having creamed leeks, carrots and roast potatoes.
Top quality, meaty sausages, beans and oven chips!
Wow, NoM, that sounds fantastic. What time's dinner? I'd only planned lamb chops and veg. Yours sounds much nicer.
I cooked salmon for the cat last night...he loved it :-)
I don't even know what half of what you said even means.

I'm going to go for a change tonight, Cornflakes and a yoghurt instead of Wheetabix.

Perhaps salmon on a bed of linguine with philadelphia, Craft?

Or green pesto and cream cheese make a lovely pasta sauce.

Ummmm, I love pork tenderlion wrapped in para ham. I've stuffed it before with sage stuffing.

I like those Chicago town pizzas, FW.
It's so cheap as well. I think it was £3.80 and it'll feed the 4 of us with some leftover.

It's a simple recipe, Kiki. To make the butter just blitz regular butter in a blender with a clove of garlic and some cooked and peeled prawns. Add a splash of white wine or vermouth during cooking.
mmm think I'll try the linguine with some Paysan Breton cream cheese I've got somewhere...............
