Deep fried cheese

I'am having friends round for dinner soon and was considering doing a selection of deep fried cheeses have had this in restaurants lots of times and its always served a simple sweet sauce any ideas on how to make such a sauce or just something that can be served with the cheese rather than just salad.

Depends on cheeses but cranberry sauce always easy and ok with brie and camembert

Try Quince jelly

Mix Raspberry jam and balsamic vinegar together - its delicious and also good on salads

Agree with sauces already suggested - would also add sweet chilli dipping sauce - that works well and isn't too overpowering. How about a fruit salsa? There is a mexican jar in the supermarket, can't remember the name but it's in the mexican section - Pineapple salsa.
