We've watched up to episode 12, it just gets better em :-)
Question Author
Boo, is that on Sky or elsewhere, as it's on channel 5 showing it, and episode two. I must say i love Robert Carlyle, worth his weight in gold as rumplestiltskin
Watched the first two episodes and am really enjoying it.
No, i downloaded it from elsewhere. Yeah Robert Carlyle is superb in it. Oddly enough the only character I don't like is Prince Charming, he's such a wet blanket!
If you like this em, I also recommend Grimm. Fairly similar but a bit more gorier.
Question Author
Boo, agree about Prince Charming, but the wicked queen is fun, and quite scary, i love the little boy, and wondered who he reminds me of, sounds like another child actor.
I love this programme and agree Robert Carlyle is excellent in his role.
Question Author
good in both roles, but as rumplestiltskin is truly grotesque, rather a Hannibal lecter type role..
as the series progresses em, you get to see how he became the way he did, and you kinda feel sorry for him.
He plays a mean rumplestiltskin! Always a good actor though.
Question Author
i would love to see the whole thing, is it more than one series?
Dunno- as is the way of American TV networks the series is currently on a 2 week break, so i'm currently frothing at the mouth waiting for the latest installment.
Question Author
i had hoped that it wouldn't be too many episodes, but it's from the writers of Lost, so i guess there could be, and a lot more series.
Oh blow! I missed the second episode. I wonder if it's repeated?
So glad I am not the only one to watch this , my OH tells me its kids stuff! I love a bit of sci fantasy! Bring on the other 10 episodes. Cant wait to get Game of thrones on non sky channel. I agree Robert Carlisle is great in his part.
Can highly recommend GoT, i've babbled on here before about it Nanny, it's bloody fantastic!

As I've mentioned above, try Grimm too, also excellent IMO.
naomi - Once Upon A Time (Ep. 2) is repeated on Thursday, 8.00 pm on 5* (Freeview 30)
Oh, thanks very much, Lie-in King. Much appreciated.
Yeah sorry Naomi, couldnt help you as to when it's on normal telly, as like ive said I downloaded 'em.
I've got this recorded, can't wait to watch it now.
