Scottish Power Green Card

SP were advertising for a joiner who had to have the above authorisation. I've googled and asked jeeves but can't seem to get a definitive reply.

Could someone please elucidate? Many thanks.

sorry alba, the only Green Card I know about relates to motor insurance in Europe.

there are people, whom i know, that uses white cards as well. There could be new information on CSCS, if someone knows please provide a source.
