Advance purchase toll roads France

My apologies if this has been asked before.
I believe it is possible to pay in advance for toll roads in France.
In your opinion, is this more economical than paying each time? i won't be using them a lot, mostly to/from airport.
Could anyone direct me to a website?

But I understand it (which is only partially) it doesn't save money, unless you travel a lot, but is just more convenient. And thee are upfront costs involved.
