every night :(
Sometimes; I go through periods of waking up about 3 - 4 am and find it impossible to get back to sleep. Ruins me for the following day.
I have no trouble sleeping - I just don't need much of it. I've needed no more than three or four hours a night since I was in my teens...
I've always suffered insomnia.
They reckon turkey, lettuce and warm milk are all helpful, though not necessarily together!

I bet you've got the same handbag as her!
Apparently a sign of intelligence and a very active brain.
I am a dreadful sleeper ;o)
umm. she had a son called mark. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
When I was at college, and in my early 20s, I only needed 10 hours sleep per week. (I only went to bed, for a few hours, every second or third night).

Nowadays I can sleep for 10 hours at a time but that doesn't make it any easier to actually get to sleep. (I'm usually in bed for at least two hours before I start to drift off, but it can be much, much longer than that).
That's cold, Anne... ;-)

OK, APART FROM needing not much sleep, having a son called Mark and living in North London, I have nothing in common with the milk-snatcher...

What have the Romans ever done for us, eh...?

For Funks Sake - I would like to think if it was summay girly,I would be asleep in seconds. It isn't.
I go to sleep very quickly and then wake up after a couple of hours, spend the night mostly awake or dreaming vividly and then am shattered every morning. Actually, I can sleep better during daytime hours than I can at night.
the romans............. they did build some lovely walls !
Me too Lottie.
can't sleep purely because of my bf's fan blowing across to my bed and his snoring, we have separate beds so I can try and distance myself from the noise, but it's still bad, I would move my bed into another room but I don't want to move our closeness as a couple even further apart. In the past I have also been unable to sleep because my mind just doesn't shut off.
