dotty, a good chicken piri piri is great for clearing a head cold.

Serious answer - Yes.

I make a concoction which I use when needed from rum, fresh rosemary, square camphor, coconut oil etc. Sap it on the head and leave it in over night. And of course do wear a night cap to bed otherwise you know what'd happen to the pillow. :-)
