Once more ghastly crimes committed by ethnics but the authorities are uncomfortable about discussing it in case they are branded racist.

/// In both cases, they were white girls and the gang members were Asian.///

/// Emma says: ‘Most of the men running the sex slave gangs in the north of England are Asians of Pakistani origin. But very few of the authorities will admit this.’///

/// Is she right to say so? If she is, why are so few people in officialdom willing to discuss the issue?///

So, what difference is there between these scum and all the other paedos in the country, the majority of whom seem to be white?
I don't dispute that this happened and how ghastly it is, but I wonder just how prevalent this really is? A friend of mine is a lawyer and his view is that the number of active paedophiles (solo or groups) is relatively small - but it's enough to turn your stomach when it's publicised. However - we hear stories all the time too about far Eastern and African girls being lured to Europe by promises of hotel work, and being forced into prostituion, and eastern European gangs targeting girls who are desperate for money that they will do anything. I don't think you can only blame the Asians for this - all races have perverts and thugs, it seems, it's not just confined to any one racial group.
What do propose they discuss? These are criminals. They are as representative of Asians as Ian Huntley is of white males
well put, coobeastie.

" Is she right to say so? If she is, why are so few people in officialdom willing to discuss the issue?"

Why not do some investigation using official figures, rather than take the view of one person and make assumptions?

coobeastie.

What do propose they discuss?

Well it would appear that there is a particular problem with Asian sex slave gangs in Northern England.

So to me something needs discussing on how to combat this evil crime.

In this particular news story it is, and it is this that is under discussion.

Yet another answer designed to evade the issue.
The report states that only a quarter of those investigated for this type of crime were Asian the rest were white. You're right though something needs to be done about it but whatever that is shouldn't just single out Asians
The police have always targeting gangs who lure young girls into the sex trade. In the 1950's the sex industry was ruled by Greek Cypriots, they were later pushed out by West Indians, then came the Chinese. Now it is Eastern Europeans and Asians. I have never been aware of any reluctance by police or authorities to come out and denounce and prosecute whichever ethnic group is currently running the sex or drug business in our major cities.
Two charities were asked, one refused to answer and the other couldn't comment. A mother said almost every man found guilty of grooming was Asian. An MP said all the victims were white and the all the perpetrators are Asian. In Lancs a quarter of those investigated were Asian.

It's hardly a story backed up by rigorous investigation is it?

/// Why not do some investigation using official figures, rather than take the view of one person and make assumptions? ///

This was a special investigation, and the views where not from one person, as you state, a couple examples are below.

/// Mohammed Shafiq, director of the Lancashire-based Ramadhan Foundation,
a charity working for peaceful harmony between different ethnic communities, has gone further.///

/// He says: ‘I think the police are over cautious about this issue because they fear being branded racist. That they fear being branded racist. That is wrong. These are criminals that should be treated as criminals whatever their race.’///

/// It was former local MP Ann Cryer who provoked a storm when she blamed traditional Asian culture for these kinds of attacks.///

/// Seven years ago, she said: ‘It’s a fact that all the victims of these terrible crimes are white girls, and all the alleged perpetrators are Asian men.///

/// That is significant and needs to be addressed.///
These are the opinions of individuals. The facts are that criminals of whatever ethnicity are currently in prison for perpetrating these terrible crimes. They are caught, brought to justice and slammed up. What's the problem???

The problem is there is a cultural problem here which needs addressing, before it gets completely out of hand, just like the knife and gun crimes that take place, particular in London.
Let's face *your* facts AOG - you are ON ONE about 'foreigners' - particularly Asians/middle easterns, only the most narrow minded moron would quote from nasty right-wing little tabloids like the Daily Mail and actually believe it.
Can't you see what a NASTY deliberately sh1t stirring little rag this is?? The Mail (and the Express) deliberately separate out the 'facts' people like you feed off. It is no place to research for the actual truth about the bigger picture.
I think you are confusing cultural with criminal. Serious criminal acts are commited by people from all backgrounds and cultures. Murder, rape, theft, child abuse, violence etc carried out by a black, white, asian, christian, jew, muslim, male or female does not blacken the reputation of all members of that grouping. We are a multi-cultural people and regretably crimes are commited by people from these groups and the victims come from these groups.

Amazing, absolutely amazing, the usual nasty left insults, to try and gloss over inconvenient facts that people like you would rather not get reported to the masses.

You continue to make your left wing cover ups so obvious time and time again, you would have been better employed in Stalin's Kremlin.

I wonder if you would have been prepared to brush off the facts so easily if one of these girls had been your daughter or sister?.
Ah but the confusing thing is this: my ideals/beliefs aren't all left wing - sorry, life's not as simple as that, my bitter and twisted friend.
It seems as though you've also (deliberately?) missed my point - that bum-wipes like the Daily Mail don't give the full facts and have one SOUL purpose - to manipulate the angry and intolerant.
Now don't you go playing the innocent poor little got-at victim from the nasty leftie - I've seen *you* being just as insulting sometimes.

Judging by the answers so far, it would seem that the thought of being classed a racist, is keeping them away.

Oh how those that wish to cover up the facts must love this little 6 letter word.
