I am forever being classed as racist on this site, but I have always stated quite categorically that this is untrue.

What I do fight for though is equality for all, something that the white male in this country does not enjoy.

This case is a typical example, I wonder if the 'Offices of Equal opportunities' or whatever these institutions are called, primarily set up to protect the interests of minority groups.

It blatantly states white males need not apply.

* A summer development programme open to ‘talented individuals’ from black or ethnic minority backgrounds;
* A summer placement scheme for ‘talented students’ with a registered disability; and
* A university placement scheme open to female students, students from an ethnic minority background and students who come from a household with an income of £25,000 or lower.

No equal opportunities here for a white male.

Now this is what I call 'RACIST'

"Attributing something to Muslims is not racist. Muslims are not a race it is a religion."

Fair point - I wasn't really paying attention when I wrote that. It's still the same mentality though, so it's just semantics.

"Lefties, like many on this site hate free speech and only want all to have their views. "

Don't be so obtuse. Challenging someone, explaining why you think they are wrong and/or arguing with them has absolutely nothing to do with wanting to shut them up - and you well know it.
I think you will find Kromovaracun that some right wingers tend to be unable to cope with people challenging their views and take any attempt to force them to justify their opinions with facts or logic as an attempt to silence them.

Although I suppose if there are no facts of logic behind someone's opinions you can see why it might look the same.

Talking of which I don't see any contrary definitions of racism yet from anyone - are we in agreement on what a racist is then?
And answer came there none...

Yet another example of racial discrimination against whites.

What is wrong in asking a person to back-up their argument with facts, a person should be prepared to state facts in defence of their argument, that is 'logic'.

You ask "what is racist"

Well I class a racist as a person that would do physical harm to a person just because of their race.

A person that discriminates in anyway to prevent a person of a particular race from attaining their just rights enjoyed by others.

In fact anyone who discriminates on a one to one basis.

I do not class a person racist who is prepared to criticise persons from another race, if the criticism is warranted.

I also do not class a person as racist if he or she happens to dislike a particular person or their lifestyle, no matter what race they belong to.

No, just a thick conservative MP. C4 is a national broadcaster, but a London based employer. Given that 40% of Londoners are non-white, if C4 is only employing 12%, they are under representing black people. Mr Davis also contradicts himself by saying C4 should stick to the national average for its quota of black employees, then he says it should be the best person for the job. No wonder the Mail love him.
