Just popped in for the first time in ages cos I added a load of you over on facebook. I guess I'd better show up more often than this, but I have had a lot on my plate these last few months, what with being too ill (well unfit is a better way of putting it) and losing my job cos of it. Not a totally bad thing cos I was medically retired, which softened the blow.
