This is disgusting why haven't this family been identified? They are a disgrace to Britain.

How do they they manage in this country, no hotel, bar, cafe or any other establishment would adhere to their racist requests.

It was said “The Ritz-Carlton has policies in place prohibiting discrimination and harassment and takes very seriously all allegations of discrimination and harassment.”

It would appear not since their requests where entered on the Hotel's computer system.

lol....he went to the doctor. Then went to see a shrink. I'm sure the system in America is similar to here. An appointment would take about 1/2 hour. Leaving approx 37 hours of the working week.

Some of you guys really amaze me! A British family went abroad and allegedly told bosses that they didn't want 'people of colour...' serving them. Their request was logged on the computer with a note saying 'very, very, prejudiced'. Nine staff members have said they knew of the demand.

The hotel put their interests first and ignored this discrimination therefore Tranchant is suing the hotel for breaching the Civil Rights Act.

This episode gives British people a bad name abroad shouldn't that worry anyone? As well as the overt racism of this family?

We don't know for sure that this family did refuse the services of this man, all we have is an entry on a computer that could have been put there by anyone including the waiter himself.

9 staff members saw the entry on the computer? or 9 staff members were present and heard Mr.Morgan make this request?
I am inclined to think this waiter is making the whole thing up. If it is proved he isn't then I will come back and admit I was wrong.

Nobody is supporting 'the racist' as many of us don't actually beieve the story as told by the waiter...therefore no racist exists in this story.
As I said in my first post on this thread....

"Is there irrefutable proof the Morgan family actually made the request they are accused of?
Are we 100% sure the man hasn't made the whole thing up to get compensation?

If the answer to both questions is yes then the Morgan family should be prosecuted under race hate laws and the hotel should also be brought to book for not showing them the door immediately. "
