Jake, when I said no in doubting the guilt, I meant that all the reports seem focused on potential sentence not whether he did it or not. I'm not saying he's guilty just that the question of sentance seems to pre suppose guilt, not my view.

Says who? In fact he seems to have said nothing on the matter whatever, possibly because he hasn't been charged with anything.
