Which is the best way to stop cats messing in my garden ? I've tried pet repellent, Jeyes Fluid and pepper. Nothing seems to work. I've even tried a 12 bore but they run before I get a bead on them..What do you suggest.?

A large labrador to drop it's dominant scent ..........and everthing else it deposits for the poop scoop ...........
According to Jeremy Clarkson (or some other guy in the Sunday Times) ... antifreeze mixed with a little tuna. Apparently after a dose of that, they won't be messing anywhere.

(apologies to cat lovers... Just repeating what I read at the weekend - not saying that's what I do)
Sometime ago, can't remember when, TV programme Watchdog conducted a test on cat repellents. "Silent roar"[dried and sterilised pellets of lion dung !] came out on top.
Google silent roar for suppliers.
Plant some eucalyptus shrubs, cats hate them.

Nice to see the folks of cb are animal lovers :-(
Would you also advocate doing the things you mention to a dog that sh1ts in a park?

I wish the people who walk their dogs in our local park were as concientious as you craft.
The place is full of dog cr@p.
