I think they could have phrased the title of the article about tony blair better, for those who are just skimming through the page.

but do you know what i mean, when you skim through a page and you don't always read a headline like that, and it's set out like that.

Yes, although I have wondered sonetimes if it's not intentional, because I go back to see 'did it really say that!' and end up reading something I wouldn't have noticed otherwise
