We watched Andy Murry win his his way through to the quarter finals last night. He did it, but a made hard work of it!
Looks like a fine day is on it's way here in Gloucestershire this morning. I said that yesterday and it chucked down!Oh well. Have a good'un anyway everyone.

Hi WBM, now darlin, do You ever think that Andy Murray will win?? Sure, do you remember what he had to say a few years ago, and as me husband (who used to work in the Leisure Services) & I agreed last night... Don't they all have to go to the USA to gain coaching?? GB will not put the money into the facilities for our good players in ANY sport! Boxing? A class on their own - no problem! But then, most of all the other sports look down their nose on them!

morning Beauj, I watched Roger Federer yesterday, an excellent match, couldn't face Andy cause I was too hot and bothered and he would have made me worse. I agree about the training in USA, its the same with the golfers. the facilities are supreme over there

Morning Beauj. Andy could certainly win. If he could get his firs service sorted out he would have won in straight sets last night.. Th government are too busy lining their own pockets at our expense to worry about sport. They say they put 27 million into tennis last year, then expect immediate results. Life ain't like that. Neither is tennis.
