Those responsible whiffey as in the manager and under manager. They had illegal immigrants working at the home which means they probably could'nt even speak englsh plus the fact she had a 2nd job,no doubt off the books. The staff were untrained and pushed to the limit yet the managment put cash before the residents welfare!

I think we can all see who the real dead wood is in this society. What a nasty piece of work you are.

Firstly, it's tragic that this young man lost his life in such circumstances in a place where his family believed him to be safe and well cared for.

The remark by the home's owner, crass though it was in the extreme, has to be put in perspective and I'd personally interpret it as a recognition of the severe pressure felt by the people running such institutes.
