and saw many protestors, have you ever 'protested' in the streets if so what for?

If not....what would you protest about if you had the chance?

I dropped my shorts at all the old bill that were driving down southend front trying to spoil it for the cruises that were there on saturdays.

hiya whiffey, have you ever protested!
I'm not sure as they were driving along the front where there were barriers and when they had a chance to turn round at the roundabout there by the kursall we had already legged it
I protested to a policeman in Trowbridge(after a footy match)when he said "Madam, it is an offence to urinate in public"

I said " But ive started so i gotta finish".

Were they protesting coz a sweaty was walking around London's streets? Was it just a day trip - & how much did you earn?
I was on the poll tax demo/riot in Trafalgar Square many moons ago - what a day !

Studhunter - Aw, did your mummy forget to put the parental control back on the puter? Try getting out a bit more, or then again your tag only lets you out for an hour a day doesn't it LOL

Billy - I remember seeing polltax riots and they looked horrendous!
It's hard to explain what it was like - scary indeed but an amazing buzz as well . I'm not a violent person & was not one of those throwing rocks . Glad to say though that I played a small part in getting rid of Thatcher . Our present PM inviting her to No. 10 in her role as ' a great leader of state ' or some such did not exactly fill me with the spirit of loyalty to the so called Labour party as I once felt .
I remember being in my local that evening when a friends band was playing , was so weird - I kept half expecting police horses to come charging out of the crowd . Very weird indeed
