my young puppy keeps on straining to go to the toilet sometimes she goes , normally sometimes she cannot go, sometimes she goes a little bit, i think she may have cystitis, like her mum had, could anyone advice me on what todo , she isnt in any pain or dicomfort, someone has told me cranberry juice helps from julie

You can try bicarb in her drinking water (only about half a teaspoon in a cupful of water, but you are best advised to go to a vet incase there is something more sinister in a young puppy
Why not put the question in the "Animals and Nature" topic or just get a cat....
