No sign of it so far. We entered into talks with them about it but the Gibraltarians refused to take part in it. Why should we hand it over anyway? We were given rights to it by the Treaty of Utrecht at the end of the War of the Spanish Succession and later used it to liberate spain from Napoleon. To hell with 'em.
On Novemver 20, Britain and Spain will start negotiations about the future of Gibraltar in Brussels - but without Gibraltar's chief minister Peter Caruana, who has refused to attend. Gibraltar has been under British control since 1713, and the British Government remains committed to the principle, first stated in 1969, that Gibraltar's sovereignty would not change unless the 30,000 residents of the colony approved. That isn't very likely to happen.
