Just bought a gothic style corset and the laces in the back are all undone. Do you lace from bottom to top, to tie at top, or top to bottom?

Thanks Red. That was helpful and interesting. I noticed it said that it should be fully closed and none of your back showing. The shop assistant cant have known anything about them because I asked her about the two inches of my back showing and she said you could buy a bigger one if you want more showing. Oh well, its purple and its pretty even if now I know it doesnt fit me properly!

I take it it wasnt a proper one then if they didnt know how to fit. I keep thinking of getting one but they seem to be a lot of money

It was �37.99 from The Great Goth in Whitby. Its made by Sacrifice, so maybe you can find one online direct and cheaper. I thought about buying one online but wanted to try it on..... not that it was successful! I'll know next time. It seems to look ok though, the bones seem in the right places and it makes my waist look really tiny. Just need a boob job now. Lol. Thanks Red.
