in the past ive had abuse and lots of nasty comments aimed at me when i mention the mcanns and maddy.

so...... theres rumours in the press that the portugeuse police have found a dried blood stain in the apartment vmaddy disappeared from.#
what , in your opinion , is the significance ????if any ??
im sayting nowt for now id just like to hear your views??

This will turn out to be a red herring.

What little they can see isn't obviously blood, it is just that a highly trained sniffer dog reacts. Someone has cleaned up, but probably left traces in the crease of the skirting board or something.

It will turn out to be unconnected with them, just left from a previous occupant.

How could an abductor have injured or killed Maddie and cleaned up the blood, while two other children slept in the same room?

I still don't believe anyone entered the apartment. She woke up and wandered out looking for Mum and Dad.

This Robert Murat must have form that they cannot tell us about. Why else do they keep investigating him?

yes it was a blood stain invisible to the naked eye. So that means she was killed in flat???? What?? So he/she killed her then cleaned all the flat or he/she killed her and she has invisible blood. Ridiculous to come to that conclusion

You would have thought sniffer dogs would have been in the apartment very early on in the investigation.

It was the British sniffer dogs that found the bloodstain, the Portugese missed it. They have been criticised all along for not doing enough to help the case

There's just too many possibilities. My suspicions don't immediately fall with the parents but there was a whole party of them out there. If she was killed in the flat I cant see it being an intruder..... how would he know how much time he had? Why clean up and take the body with you?

This is just too morose to think about. Again my thoughts are with her and her family.

I agree that it's an over-reaction. If she was murdered there that night there would be a lot more blood that a few specks not visible until a sniffer dog located them.

My own thoughts, and this is just my opinion, is that Robert Murat is involved in here somewhere, why did he hire a car that night when his own car was parked on his drive, why also that night, did he phone that other man who has a known "past" and then try to pretend he didn't know him even though the mobile phone records proved the call was made?

Just reading something interesting that might get your goat or am just interested to see if anyone saw one. After JK Rowling put up the money for the Maddie fund she also arranged with Bloomsbury that there should be posters available in booksellers that advertise her book but also had a picture of Maddy on them. I havent seen one of them. Anyone else?

Just because they have found a trace of blood, doesn't mean she has been murdered. Why are they assuming this?

nobody has any proof as to whether maddy was either murdered or abducted. i still think the whole situation doesnt ring true, something strange going on here. her mother says she thinks every day why did she think it was safe to leave them alone, pity she didnt think that the first time she did it instead of deciding to go off and have a meal, or did she?????

I cant believe some people still think her parents 'might' be in volved. Just cos they they dont show emotion -as we want to see- then people assume they might have something to do with it.
Robert Murat is definetely involved somewhere. Did you see sky tv news footage last night where he was walking near his villa and the press were following and asking questions?? Im no expert on body language but he did not look distressed. He was smirking and enjoying the attention.
I just want this mystery to end as its upsetting not knowing where she is and whats happened.

Her parents might be involved. It is not outside the realms of possibility. Many Parents abuse their children, sad but true.
