The US has amassed its largest force in the Gulf since the invasion of Iraq. Blair has warned of a 'different phase' if negotiations to free the sailors fail.

Are the two things connected?

Is it just putting pressure on Iran?

Is the capture of the sailors the excuse the US has been waiting for some kind of strike?

Just coincidence?

No surprise to me. I have always said it was nothing to do with oil but something more sinister. No one listened ....

Fifteen missing sailors, fifteen U.S. warships deployed. Could be a connection maybe?
