Did any one see the BBC news at about 6 o'clock? I was at the gym with no head phones and on the TV screen for BBC one the headline said Manchester Bomb, does anyone have any idea what this was about??

Police have just released video footage of the 1996 bomb that was set by the IRA in Manchester.

It's the 10th anniversary next week and as there's no chance of anyone ever being convicted of it, the police have released the footage of the lorry exploding.

Its quite shocking really, you can see the building to the right move from the explosion.

I was shopping in Manchester on that day although I was thankfully a fair distance away from the blast. That footage has brought back a lot of memories.
