Loosehead, there undoubtedly was a 9/11 conspiracy; I don't know anyone who questions that. Or is anyone suggesting it was just a massive coincidence that all these planes were hijacked at once?
The question is just what it was for, and who was involved. If information is suppressed, it does allow conspiracy theories to spread. By the time it's released, people have had leisure - years in this case - to make up their minds. It will presumably take years more before they change them.

There was no conspiracy all the so called anomolies have been explained time and time again, why do people insist on something more sinister. They all involve huge leaps of logic or the disregard of certain facts, or physics generally .
There are some things that are a bit odd and probably nostradamus predicted it and someone dug up a load of "coincidences"
Catch on! The conspicarcy theorists needed 911 as they'd just about ran out of bullsh1t on all the other conspiracy targets, now they've got a whole batch of dvd's and books to peddle to the all too common gullible believers.
They've been telling us for years that the Pentagon was hit by a missile and that the governement had refused to release the film of the impact, well the reason was because of the jidiciary not because of a cover up. I just saw the film and well I'll be dammed it is a plane!
Now you do know someone who questions it, absolute cobblers the whole thing. Next you'll be telling Bin Laden is Bush's election agent.

I think we all take it as read that Loosehead's refering to those who think that American conservative elements were involved in 911.
But you're right they'll just turn around and say "ah ha it must be a fake why else did it take so long to be released"
It all has a tedious inevitability about it.

This video clip has been around for ages, funny enough used by all the conspiracy sites ............. I seem to remeber they draw attention to the shadows of the buiding and that thing that looks like a pay & display machine being at a vastly different angles. They also claim that some Univesrty or other had looked at it and calculated that the plane must of been travelling in the region of Mach 7 to cover the distant in the given time shown...but concluded that it was more likely it had been cropped and that is why you never really see the plane... apparently the height of the tail on the jet would be at the same height of the building .... I really can't be a-rsed to search for it but there was a link to it iwhen this topic was last discussed here ..................
Loosehead, the 9/11 attacks seem to have been the work of people who were members of, or inspired by, al-Qaeda, a fairly loosely organised group of Islamists dedicated to the downfall of the west. They got a plan together whereby they boarded planes and hijacked them at roughly the same time, to attack significant American buildings. That sounds pretty much like a dictionary definition of 'conspiracy' to me; and as I said, I don't know anyone who's ever doubted it.
Still makes intersesting reading though Scooby, and I would sooner read than have to endure the dross offered on TV at the moment.......... I'm way past bothering myself with events I can't possibly have any effect on, I don't really give a stuff wether it is conspiracy or goverment that are giving us the true facts, but I can't help finding it interesting reading.
I do know that the Pentagon strike has been posted here before, that's where I first came across the above link, but I was answering the question.......... No, I don't think that the official release of an already much viewed cctv clip will convince those who do not fully believe the Goverments findings on the situation. Everyone is allowed to decide what they think, surely that is allowed ..... Who knows they be all 'nutters' as the poster suggests, I will certainly agree that some seem to be going to extreme lengths to get their point across. The link provided by SCOOBY is such a posting, the author going into great depth indeed and going on about things I could hardly comprehend (something about how all current world events that involves the USA is a huge cover up for a comet strike that apparently come around every 3,600 yrs, they don't want you to know about this,allegedly, becuase it is not to far away, and if we knew this we would all probably re-valuate our lives and say "stuff work"... world economy would collaspe, there would be a total collaspe of authority and this would impede their progress of building vast ungerground bunkers for the chosen survivers) ...... I told you it was deep :-)....anyways I then clicked on the following..
Hi..theres actually plent of CCTV footage that would have shown the world what happed but they have only ever released this one. All the private footage from gas station CCTV and the like was taken away by the feds. They still can't explain why there was no damage made to the building by the wings from the plane and given the size of the thing the explosion should have ben way bigger. What about the perfectly round hole punched through the building and the fact they found no bits of the plane in these areas. Oh and the lamp post that were struck by the wings but had no damage to them apart from being broken off at the base (not even dented half way up)
I think people WANT to believe there is conspiracy or feel there MUST be one because it's a sign of the basic fact they (we) don't trust the Government, Bush etc etc... and quite rightly. Let's face it, when are we ever going to be told the truth about anything in such circumstances, and even if we are how do we know what's true!?!
