Ok I'm stumped, does anyone know the music they use at the end of the race sequences they do ie: the rally car v. the bobsleigh, the race to Monaco etc.... many thanks!

The music they used in the rally car v bobsleigh race was out of Matrix Reloaded. The actual title of the track is Mona Lisa Overdrive according to the Album. Hope this helps.
