They say they don't support Hamas, but now Israel is under attack from that terrorist organisation, they're out on the streets calling for Palestine to be free.  If they are not supporting Hamas in its purpose, how are they expecting 'freedom' to be achieved?

On the suggestion that waving the Palestinian flag might be an offence, one 16 year old said, “For me the flag is a symbol of peace, of human rights. A criminal offence? Genocide, ethnic cleansing are criminal offences.”

Hamas has declared its intention to wipe Israel off the face of the earth.  Genocide?  Ethnic cleansing?  Hmmm .....

Worry not. They won't be around much longer.

Maybe it is time to close this sewer of a website?

Well, I don't understand the last post.

25 years ago I was in a Bradford classroom, standing up to a spokeswoman 14 yr.old,  as I tried to teach the history syllabus about Hitler and the Concentration Camps.

Girl, sneering, 'Miss, we don't like the Jews.  We don't care, they deserved it.'  She was one of the 90% of Pakistanis in the class.

Cue - me whizzing to next-door classroom for Amanda (Head of RE) & subbing for her whilst she calmly told my class about her Summer, which had involved visiting several sites of Concentration Camps.

She was good; when I returned the class was subdued, some in tears (she'd given it both barrels).

I'm trying to say that we have allowed huge areas of our country to be taken-over by people with very different, alien ideas to us.  So we have these horrible scenes.  I'm saddened, but not at all surprised.

P.S.  When I talked about this I was often called a racist. So I usually keep quiet.

I'm saddened by those who think I'm anti Jew and pro Hamas because I don't support the Israels Government.  I am far from being anti anybody because of their race, creed or colour.

Strange that in such a crowded place like gaza that none of those interviewed have seen where any of the hostages taken by hamas are being held.

Back off Tora Lottie has asked you not to call her love! Have a bit of respect for your elder!

"Strange that in such a crowded place like gaza that none of those interviewed have seen where any of the hostages taken by hamas are being held."

Just look for the neon arrow and the sign saying 'Jews Kept Here'.

To be honest there have been so many similar posts  and questions were continuously being  thrown out at me and others by the same people in different threads saying what would you do, I kept answering the same quesion felt I was up for trial.  The worse thing was being told I approved of babies being beheaded.  TTT kept bringing up the subject of beheaded babies to others as well.  Those posts were allowed to remain.  Obviously mods felt they were OK.

TTT is OCD, like a dog with a bone.

Don't have troll-induced nightmares.

He does seem to be somewhat protected though.

doug: "He does seem to be somewhat protected though." - I must have the record for suspensions.

Apparently I can see TTT has been rude to me again.  I presume that's the post that's been removed.  I really don't care about him being rude to me because he's completely made himself look ignorant, He's continously complaining about Gulliver. He's much worse than Gulliver.  I seriously can't see Gulliver telling anyone they approve of beheading babies!

And you wear it with pride geezer, doncha?

Quite sad.

Off he goes again!!

20:53, you have been given many opportunities to condemn the barbaric attrocities from Hamas. Your failure to do so  can only mean that you do not condemn them. What other conclusion can be drawn?

Like everyone else I condemn Hamas for their actions.  My empathy is with all  innocents  suffering on both sides.

The situation in the area is complicated and I know that problems will continue.

i don't care what religion someone is - murdering innocent civilians is wrong.

stop acting like a pac k of Hyenas when someone disagrees with you.

Nobody here supports the actions of Hamas.
